Hi beautiful Souls,

This weeks self-enquiry questions...

Sometimes our mind can make a mountain out of a mole hill, and this can feel like an overwhelming snowballing feeling.

Leading to feeling out of control, anxiety, panic attacks, or just loosing touch with the truth, and actual reality of things.


If we sit still with ourselves often we can start to unravel the mental knots, and free or liberate ourselves from the suffering.


Some questions that may help you in this situation include...

1,Is what you currently believe to be true actually the truth?

2, Are you listening to fear based beliefs / ego truths or empowering/ Soul truths?

3, In the grand scheme of things does the thing you are getting upset / stressed about really matter as much as you currently believe it does?

4, Will it still matter so much in say 100 years from now?

5, Could you attempt to just let go of it and see how that feels?

6, If not why not?

Why do you feel you need to hold on to it?

7, If it feels bigger than you energy wise could you in your mind make you bigger and it smaller?

If so how does that feel now?

How do you feel about the situation now?
